The Role
• Taking incoming calls regarding complaints, connection issues, payment queries
• Up selling products onto existing packages
• Processing orders
• Setting up direct debits

• A positive attitude and enjoy listening and talking to people?
• Someone  who likes working to targets and reaping the benefits
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Likes to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to manage customer expectations
• Computer literate with Microsoft packages
• Good knowledge of report generation & database input
• Good team player

Our client an award winning marketing agency is currently seeking telephone interviewers to join their team.
The Company
A well respected and highly successful marketing an promotions agency established in Colchester over 30 years ago. Working with Blue Chip companies across Great Britain they have built up strong working relationships with all of their clients. The company provides services across the board from  Data Entry, Online Gaming and Promotional Sales.
The Role
• Conducting competency based telephone interviews on behalf of Blue Chip companies from Entry Level, Lower, Middle and Senior Management.
• Writing up findings to produce an end result
• Providing an exceptional experience for the candidate to ensure they have picked the right company to progress their career
The Person
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with interviewing candidates would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
• Someone organised, able to multitask and stick to deadlines
