Our client, a leading national based company within insurance broking, risk management and financial advisory, are looking for an experienced commercial account handler to work within their logistics and transport department. Reporting directly to the team leader you will handle the renewal of allocated clients including some broking and liaising with account executives/broking team, deal with the day to day servicing and adjustments for clients within the team as well as maintain accurate records. Due to the department you will be working in it is imperative that you have experience of motor fleet including haulage risks, liability, and have a good working knowledge of goods in transit for haulers and freight forwarders.

The Role

• Must have Motor Fleet including haulage risks, Liability, working knowledge of Goods in Transit for hauliers and freight forwarders.
• Ideally Marine Cargo, Motor Trade.

The Role
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) through on-site technical SEO and off-site with a focus on Link Building opportunities utilising our web assets. A close working relationship with the web development, user experience and content teams will be essential.
• Social Sharing, Distribution & Engagement of our web content, through channels such as but not limited to Google+, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Analytical Reporting & Recommendations based on Team and Business KPIs & Metrics.
• Analyse & proactively account for search trends & predictions, plus perform competitor analyses to make proactive best practice recommendations and improvements, plus will monitor web and social analytics to make recommendations for opportunities.
The Person
• Able to travel to London and Guildford a couple of days a week
• Experienced within a similar role
• Proven track record or success in online marketing including SEO, Social Networking, Online PR and Web Analytics.
• It would be advantageous to also have hands-on experience in Content Creation, Editing & Distribution, plus Email Marketing and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising.
• Strong skills in analysis and organisation, with experience of producing and communicating Analytical reports.
• Experience of creating new campaign ideas and messaging with a good understanding of key online performance metrics.
• A background in financial services would be beneficial though not necessarily essential.
