The person
• Previous legal experience ideally, experience of personal injury, professional indemnity and property work.
• Flexible and happy to work as part of a team
• Good Audio typing skills
• Experience of digital dictation
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

Sales Executive

Outstanding opportunity for sales executive to join our exciting continually developing client. You will have worked within estate agents preferably at a negotiator level and are looking for the next step in your career.
The company
Our client based in Colchester has built up an enviable reputation in the housing development industry and as such is now the second largest part exchange provider in the UK. With their extensive knowledge and experience and an understanding of what the client requires, their comprehensive service will give customers the confidence everything is being taken care of when moving properties. The company also provides Mortgages to First Time and experience buyers alike.
The Role
• Assist Sales Manager with the managing of all client agreements to ensure they are delivering high levels of service at all times.
• Assist Sales Manager to ensure team management on a daily basis to ensure workload is managed and weekly targets are met.
• Support Sales Manager on the application process with the ability to construct written reports and construct deals. 
• Ability to undertake research and provide meaningful reports and recommendations.
• Ensure sales and marketing targets are achieved with service levels maintained and monitored constantly
• Daily contact with the appointed selling agents offering properties for sale and ensure that everything possible is being carried out in order to achieve a sale within agreed timescales. 
• Challenge estate agents on interest levels, viewings, recommendations and offers and liaise with client and Sales Manager.
• Construct meaningful weekly reports with information gathered.
• Proactively liaise with housebuilder client / vendor along with making recommendations on to how achieve sales target.
• Responsibility to manage Vacation Reports in conjunction with appointed selling agents. Once a property becomes vacant issue to one of the appointed selling agents for completion.  Follow up the return of the completed report and liaise with housebuilder client and advise on any additional works required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures in respect of group instructions.
• Work proactively in building and maintain strong working relationships with our clients.
• Play an integral part of each client’s sales and marketing teams.
• Work outside of normal working hours in order to meet customer’s requirements encouraging future business.
The Person
• Knowledge of estate agency/property/new homes and related practices i.e financial services, part exchange.
• Excellent communication skills, confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers delivering high levels of customer service.
• Drive and determination to succeed
• Ability to use own initiative and work with the team to help and motivate them.
• IT literate, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Knowledge of valuing property and use of comparable method of valuation, using Rightmove, net house prices or other suitable sources of information.
• Preparation of detailed reports which require analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and flexible working arrangements.
• Able to organise and manage workloads and prioritise accordingly.
• Motivate and help coach team members to maximise their potential
